## FAQ
- Q: How far ahead of launch should we start?
  A: Four to five weeks for a full launch video with cut-downs, two to three for a short teaser. If your date is closer, write to us and we’ll tell you honestly what fits.
- Q: What do you need from us?
  A: Access to the product or a staging build, your brand assets, the launch date, and a founder for a 45-minute kickoff.
- Q: What formats do we receive?
  A: A 16:9 master, 1:1 and 9:16 cut-downs, caption files, MP4 and ProRes exports, and the project source files.
- Q: Do you use AI tools?
  A: Inside the pipeline, for drafts and exploration. Every final frame is designed, animated and reviewed by a person.
