Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information animake collects when you visit animake.io or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. animake is operated by Anatoli Zauyalkau, Warsaw, Poland (“animake”, “we”, “us”).
What we collect
- Information you send us. Your name, email address, company, and the answers you give in the booking form (what you are launching, launch timing and budget range), plus anything you write in an email.
- Booking details. When you book a call, our scheduling provider records the time you choose and the details you enter.
- Usage data. Aggregated, cookieless statistics such as pages viewed, referring site, country and device type. We cannot identify you from these statistics.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule calls and prepare proposals.
- To deliver and manage projects if you become a client.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
If you are in the EU, UK or a similar jurisdiction, we rely on these legal bases: steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in running and improving the studio, and legal obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. Third-party services you choose to open, such as the booking page, may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio, under agreements that protect it: website hosting and analytics (Cloudflare), call scheduling (Cal.com) and email (Purelymail). We may disclose information if the law requires it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted 24 months after our last contact. Client records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your information, or object to or restrict how we use it. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their information and are never discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, email anatoli@animake.io. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
