Our work and content

The films, designs, text, logo and other content on this site belong to animake or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Concept films feature fictional products created to demonstrate our craft; they are not client work, and any resemblance to real products is unintentional.

Prices and projects

Prices and timelines on this site are a guide and do not form an offer. Every project is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, revisions, delivery and ownership of the final work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

What you send us

Please make sure the information you share is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not send confidential material before we have agreed on confidentiality in writing.

Links to other services

The site links to third-party services such as our booking page and social profiles. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
